The outlook for the Vietnamese real estate market is very promising, especially in Hanoi and Ho Chin Min City, following the Governments' announcement of a relaxation in foreign ownership policy. Too the retail market should open up to International Retailers in 2009 in compliance with the Governments’ commitment to the World Trade Organisation.
