Dominique Faversham Private Equity confirm being in the final stages of the sale of one of the first businesses they established under the banner, in a deal valued at £65M.
David Mairs who, with Helen Wareham, own the business 100%, confirmed that this will represent a remarkable result in the challenging economic climate and from a business established but three years ago.
It is understood that both Mr Mairs and Ms Wareham will stand down at completion, and the deal has been structured to represent 100% cash upon exit.

Suburban Homes first green-field development of semi detached starter homes on a 50/50 shared ownership basis is confirmed as being on track, with all units scheduled for completion by 12/08.
Further sites within the North West region are under acquisition to support the company's mandate of constructing a further 1000 units within the medium term.

Further agreements approaching $35M have been entered into by Dominique Faversham Group Aircraft Ventures with Bombardier Inc. of Canada and Embraer SA of Brazil to acquire the new Learjet 85 and MSJ Aircraft respectively.

Dominique Faversham Aircraft Ventures have entered into agreement with Embraer SA of Brazil to acquire 2 Lineage 1000 Flagship Aircraft, in a deal approaching $100M.
The first aircraft will be delivered in December 2009 and the second in April 2010. The phenomenal appeal and demand for the Lineage 1000 is such that forecasters predict new orders are unlikely to be delivered until Q4 2011 earliest; and as the year progresses more likely 2012.
Further deals with Bombardier Inc. of Canada are likely to be announced in March.
